Vinod Bharathan is an Indian born, film director based in Copenhagen, Denmark. His career started in 2009, where he made 'Regular Jobs', a graduating short film from a film school in Copenhagen. He became known for his short film 'Karma Code' which was well received by a niche audience. He then continued the series with 'Karma Currency', a short film that became a sequel to 'Karma Code'. He then decided to end the 'Karma' series with a his debut full-length film attempt titled 'Karma Cartel'. Vinod Bharathan is well know to use radical methods in his film projects, often restraining himself from the luxuries of production to keep things very organic. 'Limbo', a three minute short film he shot using a camera phone was awarded the best film at two International film festivals
