Shane Harper is an American actor, dancer and singer. He is best known as his role as Spencer Walsh in the Disney Channel's teen sitcom Good Luck Charlie and as a principal dancer in High School Musical 2. He has also been seen in the season 4 of Wizards of Waverly Place guest starring as "Fidel". His self-titled debut album was released on April 12, 2011.
