Reef Karim, known as Dr. Reef, is a double board certified psychiatrist, addiction medicine physician and relationship therapist, as well as a writer, host, and personality. He is best known as the host of the Court TV television show House of Clues, from the Discovery Fit & Health television show Broken Minds, and as an actor in Lords of Dogtown, Night of Henna, and Flavors. He occasionally appears on CNN as a psychiatric commentator and has also written articles for the Huffington Post. In 2004, Karim was named one of "The Sexiest Men Alive" by People Magazine
