Pratibha Sinha is a Nepali Indian actress working in Bollywood movies and the daughter of Mala Sinha, a formerly popular Bollywood actress. She made her film debut opposite Sujoy Mukherjee in the 1992 film Mehboob Meri Mehboob. She is mostly remembered for dance performance in the 1996 blockbuster Raja Hindustani in the song "Pardesi Pardesi". She quit acting in 2000 and has not been acting since. Pratibha Sinha is of Nepali origin, born to a Nepali father C. P. Lohani, who is Nepali actor and business man from Kathmandu, Nepal and a Nepali Indian mother Mala Sinha
