Piotr Adamczyk is a Polish actor. He portrayed Karol Wojtyla, who later became Pope John Paul II, in the movie Karol: A Man Who Became Pope and its sequel Karol: The Pope, The Man. Since his early childhood he knew he wanted to become an actor, and therefore very quickly he began chasing his dreams. As early as the age of 14 he began to take leading roles in theatre and film. He attended the prestigious Machulski youth theatre group in Warsaw. Thanks to an international scholarship, he was able to cross the Iron Curtain and attend international theatre workshops in the UK and Germany. He continued his acting education by attending the Theatre Academy in Warsaw and received his training from some of the greatest Polish acting legends such as Gustaw Holoubek and Zbigniew Zapasiewicz. During his second academic year, he won a scholarship from the Soros Foundation which allowed him to attend the British American Drama Academy for one year, where he performed Hamlet at the end of his stay there

Piotr Adamczyk is a Polish actor.

Since his early childhood he knew he wanted to become an actor, and therefore very quickly he began chasing his dreams. As early as the age of 14 he began to take leading roles in theatre and film. Once he graduated from the Theatre Academy, he was hired by one of the best theatres in Warsaw, the Teatr Wspólczesny, where for 10 years he climbed the ladder of the Polish theatre world.
