Phoebe Dollar is an American actress. She is best known for playing Goth in the horror movie of same name. She produced, wrote and starred in the film Charlie's Death Wish, starring Ron Jeremy in 2004. Dollar was inspired by James Chean's first feature Silent Scream. She is currently married to Danny Sinatra of Ontario, CA
