Nivedita Bhattacharya is a renowned Indian actress. She was born in Lucknow, home to legendary exponents of Muslim elegiacal poetry and many eminent littérateurs of Urdu. She started with theatre very early with Bengali drama festivals during Durga Puja celebrations. Nivedita soon moved to Hindi amateur and professional theatre and did several plays with Surya Mohan Kulshreshtha, Dr. Anil Rastogi, Urmil Kumar Thapaliyal. WORLD'S A STAGE: She has performed at international theatre festivals in Norway and Finland which won many awards. She was the only Indian actress invited by the FIASKO theatre group to perform the Finnish version of the same play. RUN, NIVEDITA, RUN: She did approximately 500 untiring, inspiring shows of the popular play ALL THE BEST in Hindi with Feroze Khan which trotted the globe to Singapore, Dubai, London, apart from touring all over India
