Lilian Baron, known professionally as Lynda Baron, is an English actress, best known for playing Nurse Gladys Emmanuel in the BBC comedy series Open All Hours. She reprised the role for a one-off special in 2013. Between 1993 and 1997, she played Auntie Mabel in BBC children's programme Come Outside
