Junichi Kanemaru, alternatively romanized as Junichi or Jun-ichi, is a Japanese voice actor who is affiliated with the talent management firm 81 Produce. He is most known for the roles of Hayato Kazami and Sonic the Hedgehog. Kanemaru came in eighth in the SeiyÅ« Grand Prix in 1994, receiving 512 votes. He is also a singer and a talented composer, with songs such as 'Suddenly', and 12月ã®ãƒ•ェアリーテール. He also notably sung 'Digital Survivor', the theme of his character, Akiyama Ryo, from Digimon Tamers. He is very well known for his frequent use of English lines and phrases in his various roles and has even taught English
