Alice Ripley is an American stage, film, and television actor, as well as a singer, songwriter, and mixed media artist. She is known, in particular, for her various roles on Broadway in musicals, including the Pulitzer Prize-winning Next to Normal and Side Show. Ripley can currently be seen starring in the Off-Broadway premiere of the musical, A Christmas Memory, based on the short story by Truman Capote. Ripley completed four films in 2014. Shooting recently wrapped on the short film, The Way I Remember It, which also stars Christine Ebersole. She plays the lead in the film, SUGAR! , which features a soundtrack with songs sung by Ripley. Muckland and Bear With Us are in post-production. The award-winning Isn't It Delicious made the rounds of the festival circuit, and will now be shown in theaters December 11-12, 2014 in Los Angeles, New York City, and Chicago. A special one-night screening will take place in Syracuse, New York, on December 12, 2014
