Alex Holdridge is an American writer/director currently based in Berlin, Germany. CURRENT PRODUCTIONS Holdridge has been filming his new movie, Meet Me in Montenegro, in several countries in stages between Oct. 2011 and July 2014. He wrote and directed the film with Linnea Saasen. It is currently in post-production and will premiere at the Toronto International Film Festival in 2014. The film stars Rupert Friend, Jennifer Ulrich, Linnea Saasen, Alex Holdridge, with Deborah Ann Woll, Stuart Manashil, Ben Braun, Mia Jacobs, Lehna Elhers, et al. Frank and Cindy is a screenplay he co-wrote with GJ Echternkamp that is also in post-production and will premiere in 2015. It was directed by Echternkamp and stars Rene Russo, Oliver Platt, Johnny Simmons, Jane Levy and Marc Maron. It is a fictional adaptation of the documentary Frank and Cindy.
