The main plot line of Sex Psycho revolves around a couple who are cheating on each other. Jerry is cheating on his wife with Eva. Jerry plots with Eva to kill her husband. They do this by luring him in with Eva's brother and killing him while he is having sex with the brother. From this point on, several twisted scenes are enacted, including fellatio on the dead husband, incest on a coffin, and a gruesome castration during oral sex. The ending ponders whether it was all a dream...you decide.
