Sa?a Belopoljanski is a 40 year old, unemployed architect. Once one of the leaders of the 1968 protests in Belgrade, he ended up making "movers" for a living, some funny little panel board sculptures which no one takes seriously but him. Even though he's married and impotent, he dates a 17 year old girl, while keeping contacts with other women, too. Because of his deep ethical beliefs and personal despise towards the world of corruption and hypocrisy, Sa?a deliberately refuses all jobs that may have any deal with bureaucracy even from afar. The crucial moment happens when he meets a group of men involved in construction business, which Sa?a sees as a chance of profesional success he was waiting for so long. But these people have other intentions...
