Tatsumi Kumashiro directs this moody 1970s drama, considered among critics to be one of the finest examples of the Nikkatsu roman porno genre. After picking up a beautiful hitchhiker (erotic film icon Junko Miyashita) who claims to be running from an abusive husband, a construction worker (Renji Ishibashi) acts out his wildest sexual fantasies. The passionate affair that follows offers an escape from working-class drudgery.
