Thomas Grant Gustin (14 januari, 2014), beter bekend als Grant Gustin, is een amarikaanse acteur uit Norfolk, Virginia (USA). Hij is bekend geworden als Sebastian Smythe in Glee. Tevens spelt hij Barry Allen in de hitserie Arrow. Gustin is geboren in Norfolk. Hij is de zoon van Tina Haney en Tom Gustin. Tijdens zijn High School jaren, nam Grant deel aan het Governor's School for the Arts programma in Norfolk, Virginia voor muzikaal theater. Ook is hij naar Hurrah Players Incorporated gegaan. Dit is een theater organisatie in Virginia. In 2008 studeerde hij af aan Granby High School, vervolgens is hij naar Elon University in North Carolina om 2 jaar deel te nemen aan het BFA Music Theatre Programma. Hij verliet school om Baby John te gaan spelen in the Broadway Revival Tour of West Side Story. Op 8 november 2011 debuteerde Grant op televisie in de serie Glee. Hij speelt hier de openlijk homoseksuele Sebastian Smythe op het Dalton Academy Warblers
